Student Withdrawal Procedures
When a student is withdrawing from WHS please follow this procedure:
- Before the student's last day they need to come to Guidance and inform the secretary you will be withdrawing.
- The student will need to come to Guidance on their last day of classes and will be given the withdrawal form which they need to bring to all their teachers. They will need to turn in their books to the teacher if one has been issued to them.
- All obligations need to be paid in full.
- The parent/guardian will need to sign the form at the end of the day.
- An unofficial transcript and a copy of the withdrawal form will be given to you. The new school will request official records and at that time we will mail them out to the school. (Some schools require discipline records and immunization records. Please ask the new school what they require for enrollment.)
