There will be an assembly before the tours on March 11 and March 12 to explain the process and give them a handout to bring home. The handout ( located below) gives step-by-step instructions for them to complete the process. Please keep in mind that the portal will be opened at 8 am on March 15 and will be closed at 3:30 on March 17.
