Welcome To My School Site
The Business and Computer Science Department at Whitewater High School provides an opportunity for students to obtain skills for entry-level employment in business and office related jobs as well as for students who are planning to pursue post-secondary study. Students must be able to function in a constantly changing technical society with the business skills that are necessary for all people to lead successful and satisfying lives.

Assessment Plan

Students will be given quizzes on application concepts as well as subjective quizzes and projects where the aesthetic considerations and originality and quality of the finished project are evaluated. Students' grades are entered on Infinite Campus and are readily accessible on-line by students and parents. Work not completed at the time an assignment is recorded will be entered as a zero which will be removed when the work is completed.

Grades will be given on each of the following:
written tests, class projects, and research/articles

Above items = 85% of the student grade.
Final Exam = 15%

**Lab will be open at 7:30 a.m. each day for additional help or after school, pending arrangement with instructor.
