Student Holiday - Labor Day- Monday, September 6

WHS will host an OPEN HOUSE and Parent Information Night Tuesday, Sept. 7th
Information will be presented at 5:45 p.m. in the cafeteria for juniors and parents and in the auditorium for seniors and parents.
At 7:00 p.m. the Open House will begin for 9th - 12th grade students and parents.

Residency Verification for 9th Graders
All new students enrolling in the Fayette County School System and all students entering 9th grade are required to verify their Fayette County residence during August. The deadline for completing this residency verification is August 31, 2010. Any student not able to verify their Fayette residency will be withdrawn by September 10, 2010.

PSAT
The PSAT will be given Saturday, October 16 from 8:00-12:00.  The cost is $20.00 and students may register starting September 7 thru October 4 in the Guidance Office.  Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshman are encouraged to take the test.  There are a limited amount of tests so first come, first served.
